8. White-Label Considerations

When the Service is used under a client’s branding, that client acts as the data controller, while the Platform Owner acts as a data processor.

The Service is not intended for children under 18 without supervision by property administrators or guardians.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
