These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Plugsapp platform, including all mobile applications, web dashboards, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service provides a digital access control and visitor management system that enables:
The Platform Owner does not provide physical security services and is not responsible for on-site security operations.
Clients may use the Service under their own branding. However, the underlying technology remains the property of the Platform Owner.
Clients may not: Reverse engineer the platform, resell or sublicense without written permission, or misrepresent ownership of the underlying software.
Users agree to provide accurate and current information, use the Service only for lawful purposes, and protect their login credentials. Any misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination.
While the Service provides tools for access verification, final access decisions remain the responsibility of on-site security personnel and property management. The Platform Owner is not liable for unauthorized access caused by human error, credential sharing, or network failures.
Visitor logs and access records are generated based on user inputs and system activity. The Platform Owner does not guarantee the accuracy of data entered by users but ensures system integrity for stored records.
The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with high availability targets. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
The Platform Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, the Service is misused, or required fees are unpaid.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform Owner shall not be liable for security breaches, property damage, loss of life, or financial loss arising from use of the Service. The Service is a technology tool, not a security guarantee.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
